Can I use this for SDS authoring?
This site is a reference tool, not an SDS authoring platform. Always verify GHS classifications against the official supplier SDS and applicable jurisdiction regulations before shipping or handling.
How often is the data updated?
PubChem data is refreshed daily. EPA TRI bulk data is updated annually. Each chemical profile page displays the last-update timestamp for transparency.
Is there an API?
We recommend using the primary sources directly: PubChem PUG-REST for chemical data and EPA Envirofacts for regulatory data. Both are free, keyless, and public domain.
